EMERALD CITY ENERGY installed (12) new windows in my home in record speed. Group Leader Brandon checked and double checked every window for a precise fit. And they were so fast, clean and professional that I had to call Emerald City's Lane Severson in person, to tell him how amazed I was with the job. I also don't want to forget my salesman Darryl Bell who sat down with me and gave me all the options and came through with flying colors. Thank you all for a job very well done indeed!

We had a wonderful sales experience with George, Lane helped coordinate everything to get done smoothly, and Hanson and Corey did a great job on the install. Very happy with our new patio door!

Tipton was able to replace the door between my garage and house with a fire-rated door efficiently and effectively. He explained how I could rekey the lock to match the front door and installed trim so the door is not only more functional but also looks nicer than it did before!

Highly recommended.

Second time with ECE (see previous review below!) Needed a fogged slider replaced. They did a great job in every way: arrived as planned, did the work efficiently, cleaned up when they were done! Very satisfied! We had some very unusually shaped windows and sliders to replace from the 60s, a window that needed to be expanded, a new window for more light, and skylights replaced. Working with the sales team was great! Rusty and Mike did an EXCELLENT job on all of the job elements (installation and construction) and left the job sites (multiple rooms) very clean! Great job, Emerald City!

The team at Emerald City Energy was fantastic. I especially want to share that Greg and Felix were very professional and amazing to work with on this project. Greg and Felix's replacement window work was perfect on my 100+-year-old home. They installed the windows just like they were the original!

I had a window pane replaced and it went as smoothly as possible. The team was responsive and communicative. I'll go back to them if I need more window work done.

We have had the pleasure of receiving plumbing services from Jesse a few times over the years. He is our go-to for all things plumbing! Jesse is personable, experienced and creative and finds reasonable solutions for all our plumbing needs! I have no doubt you will be as impressed with Jesse as we are. Thank you, Jesse!

Emerald City Energy Job 56375 9/10 - 9/12/ 25 I’m very pleased! Replaced single pane aluminum with new Milgard. Product exceeds my expectations! From sales to final installment I was kept informed & consulted if needed. Hanson and another installer, (sadly I’ve forgotten his name) were respectful, kept me informed & did a great job!!! Went above & beyond, specifically with a problem window not “square”. Showed up on time and called when delayed (traffic). Cleaned up everything at end of day. Product Issues not resolved: The front door with 2 crooked skylight windows, I have not been contacted by Codel. Door slab needs to be replaced. Please pursue & have them contact me to make it right. Since this is my front door, my neighbors have jokingly asked about the crooked windows in the new front door. Making light of it, I smile, and say “waiting “ for replacement. Specifically if I’m asked who did the windows & door, your business is my answer. Then have to explain it’s a manufacturer defect, which leads to another question, why was it installed if it’s wrong?! Good question

I needed to replace two windows that failed. The technician was very professional. The windows look fantastic. Only issue is I love these windows and now want to replace others. I will definitely contact these folks again. Hopefully Riley, our technician will be the one to do the next installation when needed. I just found out they do skylights. I will need to have those replaced the next time too.

Emerald city energy was great to work with to get our front door replaced. Andy was great with helping us pick the door and walking us through what to expect. We were a bit unsure this being the first time replacing a front door but they guided us through the process. Lane kept us up to date on the door build and status to receive it and got the install scheduled quickly. Tipton was great to work with on install day. Very knowledgeable, quick and clean. I would recommend them over and over again.
